As a Crew Leader, you will oversee daily operations and manage field activities, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with your team, providing guidance and support while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

**Pay & Advancement**
- Pay Range: $30.00- $35.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
