**Entry-Level Laborer – Groeteke’s Nursery & Outdoor Construction**

**Position Overview** 

Groeteke’s Nursery & Outdoor Construction is on the lookout for a dependable and driven Entry-Level Laborer to become a part of our landscaping and outdoor construction team. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in outdoor environments, enjoy acquiring practical skills, and aspire to build a lasting career. No prior experience is necessary—training will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities** 

• Assist in the daily setup, cleanup, and organization of the job site 

• Help in moving materials, tools, and equipment 

• Support tasks such as digging, grading, planting, mulching, and other basic construction activities 

• Follow directives from crew leaders and supervisors 

• Safely utilize hand tools and basic power tools (training provided) 

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment 

**Qualifications** 

• Capable of performing physical work outdoors in various weather conditions 

• Able to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods 

• Strong work ethic with reliability and eagerness to learn 

• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude 

• Valid driver’s license is advantageous 

• Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites 

**Pay & Advancement** 

• Starting Pay: $22.50 per hour 

• Pay increases based on performance and skill development
